The vision for Perry Farm Village originated with Roma Walstrom Bolline and dedicated local area residents who saw the need for a senior community with available assisted living services within Harbor Springs. Perry Farm Village became a reality and its first resident, who had summered with her family on Harbor Point her entire life, moved in during 2003. The Perry Center—the spotlight and hub of Perry Farm Village—which opened in 2004, features a dining room, wellness center, library, and elegant living room.
On the brink of its 20th anniversary, continuing the vision of Larry and Nancy Beck, Perry Farm Village is readying to open The Birches, a 20 home Assisted Living and Memory Care community connected by one of the climate controlled corridors branching from the Perry Center. In addition to our professionally trained care team, The Birches offers dining, comfortable lounge areas, areas to explore and a secure, outdoor garden courtyard.
