Perry Farm Village is a premier, non-profit club living community located in Harbor Springs, Michigan. The Village sits on the former 28-acre Perry Farm, which is within walking distance to charming downtown Harbor Springs. The property consists of 6 Terrace Level studio apartments and 34 main level one and two bedroom apartments. In addition, Perry Farm Village offers beautiful, spacious hillside Cottages and Duplexes.
All owners and/or residents become members of The Perry Club, which boasts over 15,000 square feet of common area space. There are rooms for dining, social activities and a full Wellness Center on the lower level. The Perry Center is accessible from each apartment through enclosed, heated corridors protecting residents from inclement weather year-round.
Perry Farm Village is unique because it offers the opportunity for residents to purchase or lease their own apartment, duplex or cottage. Residents who purchase their homes realize the tax and investment advantages of home ownership while living an independent lifestyle.
At the same time, all of our residents have peace of mind knowing that supported living services, designed around their needs, are available without leaving home—should the need arise. The service and care comes to them!
Some of the services offered to our residents include meals prepared by our Executive Chef, transportation, 24 hour staffing and available supportive living services. In addition, there are targeted exercise classes, personal training, salon services, massage therapy, in-home dining, personal housekeeping and handyman services.
